PDQ offers a basic life insurance plan for eligible employees.

Employees in the following employment classifications are eligible to enroll in the life insurance plan:

* Regular full-time employees

Eligible employees may participate in the life insurance plan subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement between PDQ and its insurance carrier.
