Health Insurance
Our health insurance plan offers medical benefits to eligible employees and their dependents. Employees in the following employment classifications are eligible to enroll in the health insurance plan:
* Full-time employees
The eligible employees can enroll in the health insurance plan subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement between PDQ and its insurance carrier.
When you become eligible for health insurance, you will receive rate information. If you
have questions about our health insurance plan, contact the Human Resources Manager
for more information.
