Employee Benefits

PDQ gives eligible employees many benefits. Some benefits are required by law and cover all employees. The legally required benefits include Social Security, workers' compensation, state disability, and unemployment insurance.

There are several factors that determine if you are eligible for a benefit. One important factor is your employment classification. See your Human Resource Manager to find out which benefit programs you are eligible for.

The following benefit programs are available to eligible employees:

* Health Insurance

* Life Insurance

* Short Term Disability

* AFLAC

* Holidays

* Vacation Benefits

* Sick / Personal Leave Benefits

* Jury Duty Leave

* Bereavement Leave

You may have to pay part or all of the cost for some benefits but PDQ fully pays for many of them.
